- KULP KAP932 Automatic Capping System is a compact solution which is capable of closing lids for plastic buckets or metal tin cans.
- The lids are distributed on the buckets automatically by the lid sorting system, then automatically squeezed by the 8 rollers.
- The machine has 8 stainless steel rollers to squeze the lids on the plastic buckets.
- The rollers are placed with a desired angle to squeeze the lids evenly.
- It has a heigth adjustable mechanism with the handwheel and numerator to adjust the system according to the different heigth of buckets.
- The convoyer siderails can be easily adjusted according to the width of the buckets.
- 3 meter speed adjustable conveyor line.
- Easy change over for different sizes of lids.
- Torque adjusment is made by the compressed air inlet.
- Works with 380 volts / 50-60 Hz electrical power.
